Welcome to the new website for the Prospect Plaza Condominium Association. This website has been created to provide information on the Association to all its members. This includes access to all of the condominium association documents, including the Articles of Association, the Condominium Declaration, the Bylaws, all Policies and Procedures and all Rules and Regulations. The Board will also post minutes from its board meetings, minutes from any annual or special meetings of the entire Association and current financial and budget information.
Notices of meetings will be posted on this website as well as relevant building information, such as notices on building maintenance or current building issues that the Board would like the owners to be aware. You can also use this site to communicate to your Board.
